Family does anyone have tips on how to lose your un wanted belly fat?

exercise a lot! stay away from fatty foods and eat very little carbs!

I TRIED THAT AND IM THINKING U PROBABLY ALREADY A SKINNY BITCH MISSS DUH! .to the question though, i would dance alot dont eat after 8 and wear splastic around ur stomach reallt tight everyday!

In order to lose you have to eat. I know it sounds crazy, but starving yourself only slows down ur metabolism and ur body basically starts "eating itself" because it goes into starvation mode causing you to gain more weight. Eat 6 SMALL meals a day Breakfast Lunch and Dinner and Snacks in between i.e fruit, nuts, shakes.. If you do carbs do GOOD carbs such as wheat pasta, wheat bread. etc! No GRITS, WHITE BREAD OR WHITE PASTA. Only foods rich in long grains and wheat. Sugary sodas and juices are off the menu too. Green Tea helps release any water weight you may have. Buy a box of Lipton Decaffenated Green Tea. You make it hot and drink a cup every night before you go to bed and you will see ur stomach start to flatten.

I used to be 215 pounds but now I weigh 121 and fit. Excercising alone with the tips above can really help. Good luck
